I just wanted to write and say thank you for all of your help regarding the card and the refund. It was really lovely to deal with someone in customer service that actually cares about their customers - it is a refreshing and pleasant change from the norm! Thank you for all of your time, your help, and advice.

I ordered the printer on Tuesday and it was delivered the following morning at 0900 hrs. It is the excellent level of service that I have come to expect from Elive. Very easy to deal with and good pricing. Available quickly on the phone if you need to ask for advice or about some details.

As usual, the service from Elive is first class. why pay full price and get second rate service when you can buy at a discount and have first class service.
