Yes, the LP46-46F Brateck Economy mount comes with hardware to mount your monitor/TV.

What VESA mounting points does this Brateck fixed wall mount bracket support?

This Brateck LP46-46F bracket comes with two bracket hooks that can support VESA mounting point heights between 200 and 400mm. These two mounting hooks can then be attached to base plate at up to 600mm apart. The maximum VESA mounting size supported is 600 x 400mm

Can this LP46-46F model fit a 32 inch screen with VESA mounts of 200mm x 200 mm?

Yes. This wall mount supports 200x200, 300x300, 400x200, 400x400, 600x400 VESA mounts. However please note this mount is designed for 37 to 70 inch screens. Smaller screens might not hide the wall mount bracket.
